Yes, we provide free tracked shipping on all orders over £25 to the UK and for international orders over £50!

We wouldn't want any of our little friends getting lost now would we!

That is why every order big or small receive tracked postage, where ever they are traveling to!

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will however, replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged.

Yes, I am always trying to grow and expand our range of animals and products, while also keeping the the ones I've previously created.

Unfortunately I don't offer custom pet products, I try to make my designs broadly suited to the animal drawn to ensure everyone can love them.

All artwork and packaging is hand drawn & designed with love by the owner of the shop, Holly!
